What does a 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?

In short, it means that if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the photoshoot, I give you your money back.

How does it work?

I shoot directly to a computer on all of my photoshoots, which allows us to review the images on a big 27" monitor as we shoot. The raw images are selected during the session, so you can see exactly what selection gallery you will get after the shoot.

If you cannot find any usable images until the end of your session, you get your money back. This way you are completely risk free: you ether get awesome images that you love, or your money back.

When can I take advantage of the guarantee?

You can ask for you money back up until the point you leave my studio after the shoot. After that we don't have a chance to change the images (except for minor retouching changes).

Do I still get the pictures?

If you opt for the guarantee, then you don't get any of the images, because the will be deleted from my computer.

How often do people ask for their money back?

I offer this option from the beginning of my career, and yet nobody ever asked for it since. :)
